Account & Data Deletion Request
In compliance with Google Play Developer Policy and global privacy regulations (GDPR Art. 17 & CCPA), you can request complete and permanent deletion of your account, authentication credentials, and telemetry data.
Note on Local Zero-Knowledge Applications
For local offline applications (such as Shinrai Authenticator and Shinrai Vault & Notes), your keys and secrets are stored solely in the hardware secure enclave of your device. We hold zero remote copies. You can permanently destroy this data instantly by tapping Settings > Erase Vault inside the app or by clearing the app data in Android/iOS settings.
How to Instantly Wipe App Data On Your Device
On Android Devices:
- Open device Settings > Apps.
- Select the Shinrai application (e.g. Shinrai Authenticator).
- Tap Storage & cache.
- Tap Clear Storage (or Clear Data).
- All local cryptographic keys and databases are zeroized immediately.
On Apple iOS Devices:
- Touch and hold the app icon on your Home Screen.
- Tap Remove App > Delete App.
- iOS will permanently delete the app sandbox and all contained data.
- Keychain biometric items are removed immediately upon deletion.
